FMBIO Analysis Software

Dedicated software that ships as part of the standard package supports rapid and smooth operations from capture through optimal display. The range, resolution, light-emission laser sources, and capture sensitivity are all flexible as various parameters may be set, so a clear fluorescence pattern may be captured even in a short amount of time.

Capture Software

The capture software provides an intuitive interface for various scanning operations. The captured image may be split for saving with the standard "Save Template" feature resulting in easy capture processes, as well as smooth analysis.

 Analysis Software

Graphical data imported by the capture software can be used for various types of analysis. The standard loaded analysis software, Image Analysis, includes various features such as band spectrum display and fixed quantity analysis, 1D/2D analysis and scatter plots, allowing you to obtain analysis results from the captured data easily and rapidly.

1D-GEL Analysis

Select each band automatically using the Auto Band feature. Analysis of band strengths and molecular weight calculations may be conducted smoothly. 
FMBIO Anlysis Software Array Analysis

Array Analysis

Conduct alignments for a large volume of spots; standard spot data (luminosity, volume, etc.) can be used for expressing histograms and scatter plots. Comparative analysis of the degree of expression and the like may be conducted more readily.
