Find yourself doing the same assay over and over again? Save your plate layout and many other preferences into templates. The next time you have a similar data file, just import the template and the analysis will be done automatically. - Merge Plates
The Virtual Plate feature allows you to expand beyond the instrument or assay limitations and combine data from 2 or more plates to:- Increase the "plex" of your experiment
- Quantitate samples on one plate using standards from another plate

The nature of the data carries with it a variance of the dependent variable that changes across the data which is known as heteroscedasticity. Many methods in regression analysis are based on an assumption of equal variance but MasterPlex QT offers 4 different weighting algorithms to account for heteroscedasticity.

The Masterplex QT software from MiraiBio has been critical to our compound screening efforts. Our success was achieved through increasing cytokine-based compound assessment throughput well beyond what could have been realized by either ELISA or with multiplex assays analyzed through other software packages. Key to our productivity increases are the virtual pipette and plate features, which allow the removal of standard curves from each assay plate and rather consolidate them into a single standard plate. Using Masterplex QT we can quickly reassemble the data from all analytes simultaneously in a virtual format, which allows comparisons and calculations across an entire assay run. I have been using MasterPlex QT for Luminex assay analysis for the past few years. The outstanding customer service helped to customize reports and added QC features such as AssayChex, LLOD, %CV etc. One of the most recent features upon my request is the ability to analyze ECL generated multiplex ELISA assays by Meso Scale Discovery. I use the same software and curve fitting algorithms to analyze Multiplex assays from different platforms. A very powerful feature is to create a virtual plate which enables comparison across multiple experiments. The standard curve fitting algorithms offer the ability to adjust for data at the low and high ends of the curves.
