Reagents - Luminex beads and sheath fluid

Hitachi Software is a globally licensed distributor of xMAP instruments and reagents, including Luminex beads or microspheres. Our xMAP products are manufactured and shipped directly by Luminex Corporation.

MicroPlex xTAG™ Microspheres

Microplex xTAG Microspheres

MicroPlex xTAG™ Microspheres coupled with Luminex systems and MasterPlex GT Genotyping Software provide a complete system for quick, productive and cost-efficient SNP genotyping and haplotyping.

MicroPlex Microspheres

MicroPlex Microspheres

These 5.6 micron, polystyrene beads are dyed with up to 100 different combinations of red and infrared dyes allowing up to 100 multiplexed assays per MTP well and they contain a surface layer of Carboxyl groups for covalent attachment of ligands (or biomolecules).

LumAvidin Microspheres

LumAvidin Microspheres

These 5.6 micron, polystyrene beads are dyed with up to 100 different combinations of red and infrared dyes allowing up to 100 multiplexed assays per MTP well and they contain a surface layer of Avidin for near covalent binding of biotin and biotinylated ligands.

SeroMAP Microspheres

SeroMAP Microspheres

These 5.6 micron, polystyrene beads are dyed with up to 100 different combinations of red and infrared dyes allowing up to 100 multiplexed assays per MTP well and they are specially formulated to reduce non-specific binding during serological-based assays. In addition, they contain a surface layer of Carboxyl groups for near covalent binding of biotin and biotinylated ligands.

Calibration and Control Microspheres

Calibration and Control Microspheres

Calibration Microspheres of known fluorescent light intensities are used to calibrate the settings for the classification and reporter channel whereas the Control Microspheres are used to verify the calibration and optical integrity for both the classification channels and doublet discrimination channel.

Sheath Fluid

Calibration and Control Microspheres

Luminex Sheath Fluid is intended for use as the delivery medium of the sample to the optics component.
