automatically retrieves sequences from GenBank in batch and adds the files to a local database.
- Execute GenBank Entrez Search by inputting keywords.
- Extract the IDs from the files that you've got by #1
- Get the flat files corresponding to the extracted IDs.
- Extract sequences from the files and register the sequences to a local database.
NOTE: To run this space, you need a Perl environment. Also you have to set up the parameter set for each module.
