1. The network module has been fixed so that MasterPlex QT releases the network license correctly upon shutdown.
2. Concentration units are loaded when importing a .mlx file.
3. .lxd files with spaces in the beginning and end of the analyte names can now be imported correctly.
4. Fixed auto-scale bug in the Chart Reports for Relative quantification.
5. .xls files containing non-numeric MFI values will be set to zero and marked as outliers.
6. Removed minimize and maximize buttons in the Wizard dialog box.
7. Fixed bug when normalizing with Constant Values.
8. MasterPlex QT now supports .csv and .xls output files from Luminex 100/200 based systems such as IS 2.3.
9. Improved Custom Report Generator functionality.
10. The New and Open functions have been combined together.
11. The "Add all as new" feature has been added in the pipette filter form.
12. The Undo Dilution checkbox under the Preference dialog has been edited so that calculations include dilution factors by default.
13. The Normalization calculation has been added as a separate calculation.
14. Fold Change calculations can be carried out with or without normalization.
15. The Calculator dialog has been reorganized so that it is more intuitive.
16. The Report Generator dialog has been reorganized so that it is more intuitive.
17. The link information from the Standard/Control Links pull-down can be viewed in the editor as well as in the plate view for all groups.
18. The issue of extra blank lines appearing in the text custom report has been fixed.
19. The normalization dialog has been fixed so that it can be seen on a wide-screen monitor.
20. Duplicate analytes can now be imported into the Virtual plate. Any duplicate analytes will have a "-d" appended to it to stand for "duplicate".

Upgrade Installation

1. Before installing the Hotfix, any previous version of MasterPlex QT v2.5 must be uninstalled.
2. To uninstall, please go to Start -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs.
3. Select MasterPlex QT 2.5 and click Remove.
4. Click the Download button to start the download process.
5. Perform one of the following operations from the Download Window
   1. To start software installation immediately, click Open. Follow the on-screen prompts to finish the installation process.
   2. To save the installation file on your hard drive, click Save. When you want to begin installation, click the installation file and follow the on-screen prompts.
6. Click the installation file and follow the on-screen prompts.
7. The previous license file is still valid and MasterPlex QT 2.5 is now ready for use.
