| Description | This report contains a summary worksheet and individual worksheets for each analyte.
- Conc. Summary - This worksheet lists the average concentrations of replicate groups. It also reports the highest and lowest standards for each analyte as well as the lower limit of detection and a %CV cutoff. The conditional formatting is as follows:
- Cells with bold font represent values that have been extrapolated
- Cells with concentrations below the lower limit of detection (background + 3 SD) have a red background
- Cells with concentrations below the background are marked as "<OOR"
- Cells with concentrations above the saturation point are marked as ">OOR"
- Cells with concentrations above the %CV cutoff are highlighted in yellow
- Additional sheets per analyte - Lists the individual well information containing:
- SampleID
- Mean MFI
- Mean Concentration
- CV%
- # of Replicates
- Well Location
- Dilution
- Run Order
- MFI
- Bead Count
- Concentration
The same conditional formatting rules listed above applies to the Concentration and Mean Concentration columns.
