DescriptionThis report consists of 7 worksheets:
  1. SETUP, BEADS, STANDARDS - This worksheet displays the sample names and total bead count in plate format. In addition, the r-squared, model equation, and lower limit of detection (llod) values are listed on a per analyte basis.
  2. RAW MFI - All raw MFI values are displayed with wells given on a per row basis and analytes given on a per column basis.
  3. MFI AVERAGE - All average MFI values for each replicate group are displayed with wells given on a per row basis and analytes given on a per column basis.
  4. RESULT - All calculated concentration values are displayed with wells given on a per row basis and analytes given on a per column basis.
  5. RESULT AVERAGE - All average concentration values for each replicate group are displayed with wells given on a per row basis and analytes given on a per column basis.
  6. BEAD COUNT - Bead counts are displayed with wells given on a per row basis and analytes given on a per column basis. There is conditional formatting for wells that have less than 35 beads; these wells are all marked with a red background.
  7. CV - The calculated %CV values are displayed with wells given on a per row basis and analytes given on a per column basis. There is conditional formatting based on the %CV number:
    • Wells below 20% have a green background
    • Wells above 30% have a red background
This template exports a .xml file which is intended for Microsoft Excel.

To open the file, right-click -> Open With -> Microsoft Excel.
