Dean Profis

Dean Profis is Senior Vice President of Finance at Mirai Bio. He brings a breadth of knowledge and leadership experience across all aspects of corporate finance, treasury, and accounting.

In addition to his role at Mirai Bio, Dean serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations at Ring Therapeutics. Previously, he was the SVP of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at eGenesis Bio, where he led the full finance and accounting functions. Earlier in his career, he held various strategic finance roles at Proteon Therapeutics, Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, and Bain & Company.

Dean earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
