Stephanie Knapp

Stephanie Knapp is the Head of Delivery Sciences at Mirai Bio. She has extensive experience in the discovery, formulation, process development, and production of LNP therapeutics. 

Prior to Mirai, Stephanie led the LNP Process Science team at Generation Bio in developing a scalable platform process for non-viral delivery of DNA for vaccine and gene therapy applications. Previously, Stephanie was an engineer on the Drug Product Process Development team at Moderna, developing novel mixing technology to enable rapid scaling of their mRNA-LNPs. 

Stephanie holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
